Prisma Accountants is a professional accounting firm registered at the South African Institute of Professional Accountants situated in Magalieskruin in the Northern suburbs of Pretoria. Prisma Accountants act as a registered Tax Practitioner on behalf of the South African Revenue services (SARS). Prisma Accountants celebrated 22 years of existence in 2020 with great expectation and enthusiasm about our future. We work with our clients to help them grow and develop. Building long term relationships with our clients and providing them with personal service is one of our most important missions.

The above mission is strengthened because we are dedicated to developing and training new accountants, through traineeships as we are an Approved Training Centre at the South African Institute of Professional Accountants. This is the outsourced service of a normal financial department, where Prisma Accountants capture and reconciles monthly transactions for you. Monthly management accounts can be provided in order to keep you updated at all times. A consultant is assigned to you as client, but there will always be someone who can assist you.

Insuring tax compliance through continuous planning sessions with you as our client, where Prisma Accountants can provide you with the necessary advice and plans going forward in order to obtain optimal results. Our portfolio include the following:

Payroll services
We provide the monthly calculations and all relevant documentation for your employees, as well as submit the monthly returns to SARS/UIF for payment. Half year and yearly payroll reconciliations are done and submitted to SARS in order to provide them with the necessary statutory employer and employee information.
